A-Book provides a digital ecosystem where authors can write and publish books ("The Studio"), and where readers can discover and purchase these books ("The Library"). We do not claim ownership over any user-generated content unless explicitly stated.

2. Author Rights & Ownership

• Full Ownership: Authors retain 100% ownership and copyright of their original manuscripts.
• Sales & Distribution: When an author publishes a book to The Library, they grant us a non-exclusive license to format, distribute, and sell the digital versions of their work precisely as configured on the platform.
• Pricing: Authors will have control over the pricing of their books according to the platform's tier systems. Revenue shares will be paid out as explicitly agreed upon at the time of publishing.

3. Reader Guidelines

Books purchased from The Library are licensed to the individual buyer for personal, non-commercial reading. Buyers may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any digital books acquired through this platform.

4. Acceptable Content

The platform relies on the integrity of our community. Content that is illegal, incites violence, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or consists of unapproved ghostwritten AI spam is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal and account termination.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
